  • Composite Prime Ltd Complaint Guidelines

    No complaint will be actioned without a completed complaint form submitted. The original supplier must investigate the complaint (i.e. site visit if required). Site visits by Composite Prime Ltd representatives or Independent Inspectors are at the company’s discretion and will only take place in the presence of the suppliers and contractor if relevant. Improper installation techniques or handling should not be submitted for claim. Proof of purchase is imperative. Samples showing the defect must accompany replacement claims. No claims for installation or associated costs are permitted. All installed products will be deemed to have been accepted.

    A call out fee may be charged after inspection should the products not be at fault or if the complaint is due to incorrect installation. If the complaint is due to incorrect installation monies will not be refunded.
