Established in 2014 in the heart of Yorkshire, Composite Prime is the fastest growing composite brand in the UK.
Company Directors Domenic Harrison and Charles Taylor’s experience in their respective fields has created the perfect partnership for developing Composite Prime’s unique products.
The Harrison family has a great history in the plastics industry with Geoff Harrison being a stalwart of the plastic sector who – along with Kevin McDonald – was a founding member of Polypipe Plc in 1980.
The Taylor family has been established in the timber industry for more 60 years with Charles being the 3rd generation timber merchant.
Our composites contain the equivalent of more than 3,000 recycled plastic bottle caps per square metre.
By combining FSC® 100% certified end of life hardwood timber and recycled HDPE plastics, our decking and cladding products retain the natural look and feel of timber with the added strength and durability of plastic. Our formula creates an elegant solution to many of the problems associated with traditional timber, such as rot, colour fade and slippery surfaces.
Our Forest Stewardship Council certification ensures that our end of life timber material is sourced from forests that are managed in a way that preserves biological diversity and benefits the lives of local people.
We perform final quality control procedures on all our products and they are accredited and tested to the latest EN standards.
We have the largest stock of composite products in the UK through our extensive network of stockists
